Practical self-defense

What is Krav Maga?

Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed in Israel. It is not a sport with rules and points, but a practical method for dangerous situations: grabs, chokes, attacks and threats.

The focus is on simple movements that also work under stress, on defending and counterattacking at the same time – and on awareness and de-escalation, so that it ideally never comes to a fight.
