Kids & Teens Jiu-Jitsu in Munich
Confidence, focus and respect – learned through games, movement and real technique. Kids and teens train Monday to Friday, right after school.
What is Jiu-Jitsu for kids?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is ideal for children: there is no punching or kicking. Instead, kids learn to control a situation calmly with body awareness, balance and technique.
In age-appropriate groups, they build coordination, strength and self-esteem. Just as important: they learn to win with respect, lose with dignity and follow the rules of the mat.

Frequently asked questions
Is Jiu-Jitsu safe for children?
Yes. There are no strikes, techniques are adapted to each age group, and children always train with partners of similar size and level under the professor’s supervision.
What does my child need for the first class?
Comfortable sportswear without zips, a water bottle and flip-flops. Please let us know your child’s age when you book the trial class.
My child is very shy. Is BJJ still a good fit?
Often especially so. Shy children tend to gain confidence quickly on the mat, because they experience that they can handle challenges in a safe setting.
Can my child start in the middle of the year?
Yes, you can start at any time. New children are welcomed into the group and receive extra attention in their first weeks.
